In addition to qualified and motivated staff modern production lines and innovative manufacturing methods are preconditions to reach high-quality product properties.
For the production of classical cold rolled steel strips following units are employed, e.g.:


Rolling
Cold rolling cluster mill type Sendzimir for rolling process from hot band to thinner gauges acc. to state-of-the-art.

Degreasing
Our electrolytic degreasing line is the feature of our production process. After rolling the surface of the strips is cleaned from grease and other impurities before the material is heat treated. This method makes our cold rolled steel strips particularly suitable for surface treatment.




Annealing
Heat treatment is executed in modern high convection annealing furnaces.




Texturing
Our roll texturing line is working to the Edt method. On this line we are producing working rolls with defined roughness and structure which are used on our re-rolling line.




Re-rolling
Our re-rolling mill provides latest technological control and features an integrated stretch leveller. Combined with our special keying equipment for surfaces and our specific production process cold rolled steel strips out of our production achieve highest quality characteristics.




Finishing
The material is slit to the required dimensions on our slitting lines and cutting-to-length lines and oiled on request.
