New 16-tonne load-stabilised Scheffer crane
commissioned at Delta-Stahl

In the course of expansions of Hall 5,
a crane from Scheffer was delivered in June 2009. In the future, this crane
will process the output of the new high-performance cut-to-length line from
the Georg company, as well as handle warehouse stock and load freight trucks.
The package grabber from WIMO will be de-mounted from an existing crane,
where a set of new coil tongs was installed. The new crane allows more efficient
operation of the recently installed high-performance cut-to-length line.
