Efficient warehouse management, smooth picking, optimal use of storage space and a lean process flow pose significant challenges for steel distribution. Ongoing analysis is necessary to find the best way to meet these needs.

As a result, we have decided to invest in a modern computer-aided high bay system to improve the inventory management of steel bars, rods and special sections, allowing us to consolidate all products at a single warehouse at our headquarters on the Dortmund harbour.
